Roselynn H. Nguyen, MD

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Nguyen grew up in Garland, TX. She is a proud graduate of Baylor University where she received degrees in Chemistry and Medical Humanities with summa cum laude honors. Dr. Nguyen attended medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She completed her internship in internal medicine at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, LA. She returned to Dallas for dermatology residency at UT Southwestern, where she was expertly trained to diagnose and treat a vast array of both complex and common skin conditions. Dr. Nguyen served as overall chief resident her senior year and received the Humanism & Professionalism award which is voted on by her peers. She also received the 2016 Leadership and Star Clinician awards.

Dr. Nguyen enjoys educating patients so that they feel engaged in the treatment of their skin. She feels blessed to be in a position where she can help serve and make an impact on others in her community. She supports our veterans at her weekly dermatology clinic at the Fort Worth VA Clinic and demonstrates her commitment to education by teaching medical students and dermatology residents.

Outside of dermatology, she likes baking, yoga, collecting salt & pepper shakers, and spending time with her wonderful husband.

Dr. Bryan J. Carroll, MD

Bryan J. Carroll, MD

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Carroll was born in Garland, Texas.  He completed a B.S. degree in Chemistry at Texas A&M University where he earned magna cum laude honors.  He completed medical school at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.  Dr. Carroll then went on to complete an internship in internal medicine at Tulane University in New Orleans before completing his dermatology training at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. 

Dr. Carroll’s interest in dermatology dates back to high school when he was treated with Accutane for his acne.    His interest in this field blossomed during a dermatology rotation in medical school where he encountered a wide variety of common and rare skin disorders.  Dr. Carroll enjoys treating both adults and children.  His particular interests include the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers and pre-skin-cancers, the management of chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema, and the treatment of common childhood disorders such as warts, molluscum and hemangiomas. 

Dr. Carroll has a weekly part-time position in the dermatology clinic at Cook Children’s Hospital.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and tennis, and reading.
